David Pierpoint

David spent over two years as CEO at CoRE, where he was responsible for developing the Retrofit Coordinator Diploma, creating the CoRE Fellowship and running the annual Retrofit Live Conference. Alongside Osmosis, David is the Chief Executive of The Retrofit Academy CIC, a company dedicated to raising the levels of risk management and understanding amongst UK retrofit professionals. David has an MBA with Distinction and an MPhil in Modern History and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. David is a member of the Green Construction Board’s Knowledge and Skills Group, and has acted as a voluntary Non Executive Director of a number of related not-for-profits. In his role as Managing Partner, David’s key responsibility is ensuring client’s needs are understood and realised by the Osmosis team.

David’s spare time is spent predominantly playing sports with his kids, training for the next marathon, or tending to his allotment. He has been known to bring the occasional marrow into the office for the rest of the team to take home.
